NOVEMBER 2011-DWP Live worked with EventWorks, Inc. to provide video projection for the Mohawk Industries 2012 Dealers Meeting held at Opryland Hotel.  The flooring company provided plans for the coming year to attendees in a large meeting format held in a ballroom, along with several smaller breakout rooms located throughout the hotel.  The large meeting showcased a 200’ wide x 18’ high projection surface comprised of three screens, one flat center screen with curved screens on either side that encompassed and captivated the audience. DWP Live used 12 Barco FLM HD20 projectors and four HDX W14 projectors.  Six Coolux Pandora’s Box V5 media servers controlled all of the content for the show and all of the projectors, which were warped and converged together. Panasonic HPX-500 cameras, a Panasonic AV-HS450N switcher, and a Vista Systems Spyder X20-0808 provided additional input options, including live content, for the large meeting.

In addition to the components in the large ballroom, DWP Live also provided all of the video projection for the smaller breakout rooms.  Larger break out rooms used Barco RLM W6 projectors, Sanyo PLC-HF15000L projectors, 9' x 16' AVStumpfl Monoblox rear projection screens, and a 11'3" x 20 Draper StageScreen rear projection screen.
